Terms & Conditions 

 1. Pricing      All prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

 2. Delivery Time      Delivery time may vary between 3 to 10 working days, depending on order size, product availability, and location.  

3. Freight Charges      Freight or shipping charges will be borne either by the company or the customer placing the order, as mutually agreed at the time of purchase.  

4. Logistics Delays      The company shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics or courier service providers.  

5. Packaging      All products are packed using standard protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.  

6. Sales Policy      Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged for another item. 

 7. Damaged Goods      The company does not provide replacement for broken or damaged goods after delivery.  

8. Payment Terms      Full payment must be made in advance or as per mutually agreed payment terms before order dispatch.  

9. Accepted Payment Methods      Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or approved online payment gateways.  

10. Jurisdiction       Any disputes arising from transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
